Question regarding file extensions. Why is it that many video torrents are uploaded with absolutely no file extension at all such as this file? I see it a lot and its never the same. About 50% of eztv's files are missing file extensions, the other 50% are not. What is the point of not including a file extension other than making it difficult for my Plex server to manage them? It needs a file extension before it'll even scan the file, thus forcing me to inspect every freaking file to insure it has some sort of extension, whether its right or not.
